JOB DESCRIPTION: DIGITAL MENU ADMINISTRATOR
McFaddin Marketing is recruiting a Digital Menu Administrator with experience in the creation and management of
digital menu boards and related assets. This position will work directly with our Digital Marketing and Account Services departments to maintain existing digital menus, aid in the creation of new assets, troubleshoot basic digital network functions, and communicate with customers regarding digital menu needs. We’re looking for someone that’s well organized and passionate about digital menu design, with the ability to multitask across a large number of projects. An interest or background in animation and video production is a big plus, but by no means necessary. This is a full time, in-house position.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
• Communicating with team members regarding project deadlines & execution of work
• Handle a fast-paced atmosphere with quick turnaround and deadlines
• Organizing needs and assets across a wide array of digital signage locations
• Work as part of a team with fellow designers, animators, stylists, account executives and photographers
• Learning and understanding basic digital network functions
• Menu layout and design across numerous concepts
• Communicate directly with customers, both written and verbally, regarding needs
• An understanding that no job is too small or insignificant
REQUIREMENTS
• 1-3 years of professional experience in a graphic design position/field, or related coursework/degree
• Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
• Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines
THINGS THAT MAKE YOU STAND OUT
